Shipping to Canada
We ship URIALEX sets to Canada. Standard shipping costs $9.95 CAD and is free on orders over $399 CAD after discounts and before taxes. The options and applicable fees for your address are confirmed at checkout.
In-stock orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Estimated transit time is 3 to 9 business days after shipment; it may be longer for remote regions. These timeframes are estimates and may vary by carrier.
A confirmation email is sent after your order is placed, followed by tracking information once it becomes available.

30-Day Returns
You have 30 days after receipt to request a return. Clothing must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in its original condition.
Email info@urialexfashion.com with your order number, the items involved, and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions and the return address. Do not return your package without contacting us first.
Fees and Refunds
In the event of a change of mind or size error, return shipping costs are your responsibility. Initial shipping fees are not refunded in these cases. Use a tracked service and keep your proof of postage.
Upon receipt and verification of the return, a refund for eligible items will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for processing and posting, depending on your financial institution.
Size Exchanges
Contact us to check availability. Depending on stock, we will guide you through an exchange or a return followed by a new order.
Defective Item or Order Error
Contact us with your order number and photos of the issue. We will cover the costs necessary to correct a packing error or a confirmed defect.
