Refund policy

Returns within 30 days

You have 30 days after receipt to request a return. Clothing must be unworn, unwashed, with its tags attached and in its original condition.

Email info@urialexfashion.com with your order number, the items concerned and the reason for returning them. We will send you instructions and the return address. Do not send your parcel back without contacting us first.

Costs and refunds

If you change your mind or choose the wrong size, you are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are not refunded in these cases. Use a tracked service and keep your proof of shipment.

After receiving and inspecting the return, we refund eligible items to the original payment method. Allow 5 to 10 business days for processing and for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.

Size exchanges

Contact us to check availability. Depending on stock, we will help you arrange an exchange or a return followed by a new order.

Defective item or order error

Contact us with your order number and photos of the problem. We will cover the necessary costs to correct a confirmed defect or an order preparation error.

This policy does not limit statutory warranties or rights under applicable laws.
