Products, sizes and availability

Each product page presents the model, sizes, price and available garment information. Check the size guide before ordering. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. Lifestyle photos illustrate the look; shoes and accessories are not included unless expressly stated on the product page. Items marked unavailable cannot be ordered until stock has been replenished.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are detailed at checkout before you confirm your order. You can review and change items, sizes, quantities and your address before paying. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout; transactions are processed by our secure payment providers.

Orders

Please provide accurate contact details. Your confirmation email summarises your purchase; keep it for your records. If there is a stock problem or an order error, we will contact you to agree on a solution; any item we cannot supply will be refunded. To request a change or cancellation before dispatch, contact us promptly with your order number. Changes after dispatch may require a return.

Shipping and returns

We ship within Canada. Standard shipping costs CA$9.95 and is free on merchandise orders of CA$399 or more after discounts, before taxes. Shipping options and charges for your address are confirmed at checkout. In-stock orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days, followed by an estimated 3 to 9 business days for standard transit, with potentially longer delivery times for remote areas.

You may request a return within 30 days after receipt under our return and refund policy. Please also see our shipping policy for details. Cancellation rights and warranties under applicable laws remain fully applicable.

Privacy and rights

Our handling of personal information is described in our privacy policy. The brand’s text, logo and content are protected; commercial use requires permission.

These terms do not limit any statutory warranty or remedy under applicable laws, including consumer protection rules in Québec. The terms applicable to an order are those presented at the time of purchase; subsequent updates do not retroactively change orders already placed.
